healthy habbit

Come up with a bucket list everyday my bucket list is
go to school
get work done
do math
do science
do social skills
go to work
do chores
go to the park
go bowling
eat food
come up with a healthy habbit like cooking. dont forget to exercise everyday

And try to finish it. Start communicating with people the way you want them to be treated
Remember to be nice to the ones that are trying to help you and are good people and love you
Avoid people you don’t wanna talk to or if they talk to you anyway pay attention to them

Their conversation might get interesting! people only care about if you are wearing clothes. don’t care about how you look. enjoy every moment bad words. are just words don’t get angry, but still respect others, and walk away
